Gift Bag Sets

This is one of my most favorite gift bag sets that I had ever made. It was for a firned at work...her friend of over 30 years was turning 48 and she wanted to do something original for her. She had seen my cards and asked if I could do something and I came up with this set. It is elegant and fun. You can add a bag or jar of candy for a little more to add to the bag. But this is a quick and simple gift idea for anyone. Your only limited by your imagination...and with all there is out there on the web...not even that anymore hahha. Have fun...and if you want me to make you a set just e-mail me and I will let you know you can get a set of your own.

Snowflakes

Bring the season to life...with snowflakes. I had fun making this card. I embossed only the big slowflakes to make them come alive. And the sentiment to help it pop off the page. It was a quick and easy card...fun...

Priceless

Anyone who has the Priceless set...knows just how priceless it is..and diverse. I did this card front for a swap with my upline. It is simple but elegant. I stamped the butterflies on the while cardstock, then stamped some separate ones and cut them out. When you see the card in person it looks like the butterflies are going fly right off the card. Fun and creative way to bring your card to life.

Candles.....when i learned to do the candle technique I went crazy. This is such a great gift and a wonderful way to personalize something special. This was one of my first candles sets and I have made so many since this one. I sell them in sets with a card, the two candles, a jar of candies and the bag. Everyone is in love with this idea for gifts cause it is one of a kind and originial. Makes people feel very special. And a card that corresponds with the candles is a great way to make it a finished set. Now as most stampers know this is a quick process.

1. Stamp your desired design on a piece of tissue paper.

2. Cut out around the design and place on the desired location on the candle.

3. Take the glossy side of wax paper and wrap it around the candle...holding it snuggly against the candle. Make sure there are no creases.

4. Now take your heat tool and slowly and evenly heat up the surface, just until you see it sweating a little. You will understand this when you attempt this technique.

5. When you have gotten the entire image heated remove the wax paper carefully. And Voila...you have a one of a kind candle. Have Fun

Who does not love this set...the French Scrpit the Heartfelt Thanks...and the tried and true combo of purples and greens.

Delight in Life

Another long lost stamp set. I think many of us get so excited about new sets that we forget about the old ones....oldy but goodies I would say. Simple....but fun

Looks Like Spring

I was enjoying gowing through someold stamp sets and came across this one. I used to love to use it but found myself forgetting about it. Not anymore! Looks Like Spring should have never been discontinued, but that is an argument I shall never win hahah. This simple yet elegant card can be used for just about any occassion.

Starting Out

Hi, I am Heather and I am new to the world of blogging, but I figured I should give it a try. I am a mother of two wonderful children and wife to the worlds best husband. ( I know we all think that...lol) I am a Stapin Up Demonstrator, but right now I am really just doing this as a hobby as I meet new people. I moved to Texas last July and have had to acclimate myself to the weather, people and big city feel. I grew up in a small mill town in Oregon, so you could imagine how small I feel in a city with over 4 million people.

Anyways, I love to create but as of late have been lacking the inspiration. My room sits empty...without me...just the thousands of dollars of supplies stocked on the shelfs, hahha. I am trying to get my creative juices flowing again and get back into the groove. So I figured what better way then to share what I start and have in the past created. Thank you for checking out my blog and I hope to have more posted soon.

God Bless,
Heather
